Constitution

The purposes of this Group of Trustees are:-

A Charity to build and design advanced ultra modern Day Centres to improve the quality of
life for  those  suffering  dementia.    The  new  Modern Day Centres  fitted with  advance
technology will be for mainly Alzheimer Care.  The Centre will be equipped with a security
communication camera system allowing relatives, the local doctors surgery and managers
to view in real time on their laptop.

To organise  voluntary  task teams to assist the elderly (shopping, decorating etc.), to help
hospital patients and care for  disable people.     That each  member  will  make a personal
commitment   to  assist  in  the  development  of  the  new  Day  Centres  and  to  regularly
interface with key team members.  The funds  administered by the  Group Trustees will be
used  solely to cover the  new  Day Centre  overheads,  running costs  and building loans.
The sums remaining to be used for good causes.  The Trustees will take responsibility for
recruiting and supervising carers involved in the voluntary task team.

Mission Statement

To raise greater awareness of the needs of people with dementia and challenge the stigma
attached to the condition so that individuals and their carers get the best possible health and
social care provided.
