Situated in the North West of England, Omega Productions is an independent production company located between Liverpool and Manchester. Formed in 1977 the company initially built its reputation on news reports from some of the world's most remote and inaccessible places. We concentrate on full length documentaries, mainly with environmental, development or sport issues. The company has also produced wildlife programming. Commissions have ranged from a series for schools television to a current affairs. Although Omega Productions does not market itself as a non-broadcast producer we have produced a number of educational and promotional videos. Now concentrating on TV drama and feature films. We encourage new writing if we see commercially orientated talent. Film treatments, drama proposals and documentary synopses welcome via an agent. |
