I almost had a heart attack because of the epicness. What is the name of
the music track from the start up to 1957? It’s from ”Dragonheart” I
presume but what is the name of the exact version of the track? The way you
blend the music with the right clips makes it very epic. Thanks for
uploading.
1. Robert de Niro – Raging Bull 2. Daniel Day-Lewis – There Will be Blood
3. Marlon Brando – The Godfather 4. Gregory Peck – To Kill a Mockingbird 5.
Daniel Day-Lewis – My Left Foot
Okay, let me rack my brain for the reviews you put on your (marvelous)
blog. I remember Arbitrage being a pleasant surprise, and as much as I
loved Nate Parker’s performance, I doubt you put him as your choice. Javier
Bardem then?
By the way, my top five favorite winners (in alphabetical order) Peter
Finch in Network Alec Guinness in The Bridge on the River Kai Jack
Nicholson in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest Gregory Peck in To Kill a
Mockingbird Maximilian Schell in Judgment at Nuremburg
Really awesome video man. I think the Oscars are special even if they might
not get it right, its something to look back in the years and see how
special each performance is. You see performances like Adrien Brody in The
Pianist, actors that won’t necessarily be back in the race year after year,
and you think wow. Even if they never return to the spotlight, they’ll
always have a place in history.
My Predictions for next year: Chadwick Boseman (42) Michael B. Jordan
(Fruitville Station) Asa Butterfeild (Ender’s Game) Chiwetel Ejiofer (12
Years a Slave) Tom Hanks (Captain Phillips/Saving Mr. Banks)
10 Tom Hanks – Philadelphia 09 Clark Gable – It Happened One Night 08
Dustin Hoffman – Kramer Vs. Kramer 07 Marlon Brando – On The Waterfront 06
Maximilian Schell – Judgment At Nuremburg 05 Ben Kingsley – Gandhi 04
Roberto Benigni – Life Is Beautiful 03 Henry Fonda – On Golden Pond 02
Colin Firth – The King’s Speech 01 Anthony Hopkins – The Silence Of The
Lambs
You’ll be right with Hanks und Ejiofor, but surely not with the other three
actors. My predicions are: Matthew McConaughey (although I don’t like him),
Forest Whitaker and Bruce Dern.

It’s the Dragonheart finale.
Who are your top 5?

Beautiful video as always 🙂 I just wish Joaquin Phoenix was on here
instead of Daniel Day-Lewis.
Nope. Rockwell isn’t even my favorite of his own film, nor he is in my top
15.

Nay, sirrah. Hint #2: He’s a beloved Oscar winner.
If it’s Waltz or Hoffman, then it’s category fraud.
Alright, I give. PM me the answer.
Taking bets on who’s winning 2013?
I would love for Gosling to get in, but he won’t. The Academy won’t go near
“Only God Forgives” with a ten-foot pole, preferring safer options.
I agree, no way Gosling gets a nomination. He had like 10 lines in the
movie.

Such well done videos. Thank you for these!
